Tutenstein was essentially a cartoon about Ramesses XII Tutankensetamun, often called Tutenstein or Tut for short, a 10-year-old pharaoh that died in ancient Egypt.  
During the 21st century, his body was in a museum when it was struck by lightning, bringing him back as a mummy. He quickly befriended a girl named Cleo Carter, who was the only person there at night who saw him awaken.  
Tut carries with him the Sceptre of Was, a powerful magical item that he can use to do pretty much anything, which makes him a target for the god Set, who seeks the Sceptre for himself.  
Along with this, the two encounter other threats, some of which stemming from Tut himself having been a child when he died, and thus still behaves like one. So, logically, he doesn’t want to spend his time in a sarcophagus all day and his childish desires have often led him to use his Sceptre to get him something, only for it to backfire.  
Many of the jokes centered around Tut’s casualness regarding ancient Egyptian customs, his lack of knowledge about the 21st century, his childish antics, and his status as a mummy that none of the characters besides Cleo seem to notice.  
The show ran for a total of 3 seasons with 13 episodes each, along with a special.
 
I haven’t seen the show myself in years, as it stopped producing new episodes after January 2007, and the reruns ended in 2012. But I have fond memories of it.

She flew there and knocked. She might not be an accurate flyer because of her eyes, but she’s damned fast. Once she gets to a high altitude where she doesn’t need to worry about obstacles and can just fly straight, she’s like a bloody jet. She’s their go-to mare for delivering long-distance mail :D
