They as a species are an artificially-created living trap, basically. They lay motionless and flat on walls, and can come off and move around like real ponies. They’re designed to guard tombs or sacred lands and lay in wait among real hieroglyphs waiting to ambush intruders, making it real hard to raid a tomb since any single one of those drawings could be watching you waiting to strike :D

Well, the wall is the closest thing to a bed that a living hieroglyph would need.
Nothing, really. They just have the same wants, needs, and drive as living creatures. She seeks things like companionship, love, etc, though she just also happens to be an immortal undead creature that takes “naps” that last for hundreds of years :P
But what drives them to fall in love after they’re dead? Plus, would someone be comfortable with a relationship with someone who is thousands of years older? Also, what if the living person already has a mate?

Presumably Twiggle will find a cure eventually. They should be thankful that curses in their world have a lot more chill than our Egyptian curses, which basically just effing kill you XD
