Laughter: Princess Rarity.
Kindness: Toola Roola.
Happiness: Pinkie Pie.
Friendship: Minty.
Ok, that was just fitting these elements to G4 ponies. If we try to fit these elements to the Core 7:
happiness = Minty (i see Christmas as being more happiness-related than art…)
friendship = Toola-Roola (… which i see as friendship-related instead.)
family = Scootaloo and Cheerilee (they are sisters)
kindness = Sweetie Belle (the youngest and thoughtful pony, always ready to help her friends)
music = StarSong (she does music)
laughter = Pinkie Pie (same as G4)
rainbows = Rainbow Dash (a rainbow haired mane, duh)
or were you referring to the Ponyland versions instead of the Equestrian ones?

APPLEJACK REPRESENTS HONESTY.
RAINBOW DASH REPRESENTS LOYALTY.
sadly, there aren’t castles in Ponyland that celebrate those traits of half of Equestria’s Chosen Ones.
