@CronoM Death the Kid doesn’t and never did have a mother. He’s a fragment of Lord Death’s soul which was given a humanoid body. Lord Death is, quite literally, a single parent.

Celestia is more serious than Lord Death on purpose. Death acts goofy because the way he used to act scared the children too much.
