Had this idea once for an OC driven tumblr about a group of changelings who were accidentally left behind after the changeling attack, and now live a normal everyday life in Ponyville disguised as ponies.
 
The cast could’ve been:
 
Doomie Daze - invader Zim/Napoleon-esque leader who insists that they are still on a secret infiltration mission & constantly annoyed by the others’ lack of focus, but secretly cares a lot for them.  
Spore - rabid mindless changeling, acts like and is usually disguised as a dog  
Mirror Match [? - stole that name from a fic] - clumsy cute changeling who enjoys living as a pony a little too much (likes food, dresses, has pony friends etc.)  
Razzle Dazzle - silent strong type, and her ponyforms tend to be handsome stallions - but she never notices. occassionally heroic.

If anybody can pull a changeling Oc, it’s weaver. I’m all for it.
