they did in the second EQ movie with pony twi. they gave everyone slippers
Besides, the animators as far as we know never made a slippered Twilight model. You know, just saving costs for animation.
Because she might not have slippers. Or just didn’t put them on because she was in a hurry or she forgot or she just did not mind as she would be standing on grass or something.
