Well, considering the episode “Between Dark And Dawn”, for some reason Celestia seems to be afraid of chickens specifically.
She isn’t scared of giant tortoises, bugbears, sharks, giant sarlacc-sandworm-cave-monsters, dragons or any other scary creature in Equestria.
Not to mention all those villains, that don’t even make her sweat!
But chickens…

Well yes, chickens are the closest living relatives of T. rex, but they are as closely related as humans are to kangaroos.
