It is funny to hear characters in this show make fables about mythical creatures considering they live in a world where mythical creatures already exist

Deer are probably the “Fair Folk” of Equestria. Responsible for all sorts of unexplained weirdness.

To be honest, I think The Great Seedling is real as Bigfoot, The Lochness Monster, Leprechauns, UFO sightings, etc.; or in another word, The Great Seedling ain’t real.
 
 
I mean, even though Equestria full of strange and magical creatures, those we already seen them, some all the time. Don’t you think any creature would have witnessed The Great Seedling already instead of in stories?
 
Those apples and carrots lying around? Ever heard of Crop Circles?
 
One more thing, if this is an actual image, this could be a rare ‘mutation’ or sub-species within the Cervine or Deer family. Just like with Ponies.  
Anything can be explain with science.
