Yeah I’m freaking worried about this, don’t want another comic of Cadance acting like Shining doesn’t exist if they’re gonna have her fangirlng over Discord for two whole books. Sometimes it honestly feels like IDW wants to get as close as they can to ducking Shining without having to say it outright

Since this comic’s clearly gonna be the one in which Cadence gets possessed I hope Shining Armor at least appears in it for a change. In the comics I don’t think Shining and Cadance have so much as looked at each other since Neigh Anything, and that was years ago. At least I hope he’s a supporting protagonist like Capper for the arc, I get tired of how Shining seems to be kept out of anything to do with his own wife.

Not looking forwards to this issue or the next. Also why is Twilight there? She’s not part of this at all, she’s already been taken out from the start. Still I guess covers don’t really have to intersect that much with what’s happening in the comic.
