Basically, fox news is another crappy, worthless cable news channel that’s even easier to make fun of than any of it’s competitors. Plus at least one commentator has a beef with bronies.
So even if you’re a republican, they’ve got that goin to grind some gears.

Interestingly, in Sydney we have a major newspaper called “The Daily Telegraph” which is highly right-wing biased. It is owned by News Limited, which in turn is owned by Newscorp, who own Fox.

Mostly because of it’s predominantly right leaning news coverage. Some people jokingly call it the Republican News Network.
That’s the only reason why people in the right-wing echo chamber think all of the other networks (and all other media) are biased. If you’re not in bed with the Republican party, you’re against them.

Well, I really don’t want to start a shitstorm here, so, just look up some youtube videos of Fox News. I’m sure most countries will have an equivalent, though possibly less as a major TV network and more as a newspaper or whatnot.
