Yeah, Applejack would TOTALLY say that. That’s JUST the sort of thing the most honest and empathetic pony around, who’s the best friend anypony could ever want, would say. “Racism isn’t bad”. Totally, totally, totally. Really buying that.

Definition Racism: prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one’s own race is superior.
 
Superior: Higher in rank, status or quality.
 
Racist is a heavily misused term, along with other terms used for mockery.
 
Apple Jack does have a high opinion of her foodstuffs, but I highly doubt racist. Currently, season 8 If Apple Bloom likes Lemons more then Pairs or Apples.  
Apple Jack would be upset, but it if Apple Bloom had a crush on a non-earth pony, Apple Jack would not mind but would warn her that she is a little young, and not to get her expectations up.
 
From what little I know of this OC, I don’t think she follows all the Nazi standards and is basically based more off Taboos. Though as any OC she is open for more accurate interpretation.
 
The misconception is that Nazis were actually for peace and unity they just believed in a false ideology of superior race and believe. Thus the saying for every problem there’s one final solution.
 
It’s good to be aware that we all are a few bad justifications away from being Villains. After all, MLP TEACHES this. Forgive, and do not forget what makes the elements of Harmony and friendship good. Love one another. After all, Friendship is magic.
