I said I know what I’m talking about. I’ve seen someone with such body feature and believe me, she was nowhere near being unhealthy or too skinny.
The bottom of the rib cage showing isn’t unhealthy. You’re probably thinking of being able to actually see the divide between ribs which is often a clear sign of malnourishment.
That said, everybody’s different. Being able to see outline of the bottom of the rib cage isn’t some universal standard of determining ideal weight. Just felt the need to throw that in.
Typically people who are thin enough to show ribs are underweight, and often have some form of health issue related to that.
You ever seen unhealthy? Visible ribs have nothing to do with it and I know what I’m talking about.
