Isn’t it obvious? It’s because of the soft colors, the large and very round head(pretty round and pretty big compared to the body, just like human babies), the big eyes, those ears, that little nose, those legs and hooves are pretty cute(like a cat’s paws and legs, which are cute), personality, voice etc.
