At least this way we can possibly get scootaloo eating a copy of her meat and going, “dang I taste good!”, at least I had some fun thinking about her doing so. And it would hopefully solve the problem permanently (eating meat), but we will have to see. It would also provide people that lost limbs and other body parts the chance to get them back without the risk of immune system rejection as the body parts would be perfectly the same to the natural one.

Sorry, when you say vegan I think you are interpreting my comment on synthetic meat as tofu, that isn’t what I was referring to, as medical science advances we have gained the ability to create meat in vitro (in glass) so nothing has to die for us to eat meat, some information I believe can be found in this video . The meat would be produced in a similar way that beer is, the issue is that the meat is still mostly tasteless and the technology is in it’s infancy, still a person did eat a synthetic burger in front of everyone.
 
Later on the meat will have specific cultures for certain tastes that will, when mature, be harvested from their growing silos and prepared with possibly even more of what we love in meat than what is contained in it now. The only major issue is the fact that most ranch animals won’t stand a chance in the wild thus they will likely go extinct.

Hopefully synthetic meat gets good enough to enjoy without costing a ton in time for people alive today to enjoy it, not likely but we can hope.
