Dude I love spike with all my heart that’s why I like shipping him with any pony no matter how evil they are. But I will admit it’s not my all time favorite spike Ship my all time favorite or favorites are the ones that don’t get a lot of recegonition like spiketiara,silverspike,babspike, spiketwist and I’m still waiting for spike x zippoorwhil to be a thing as well.
 
In my opinion this ship is just okay. But I respect you if you don’t like it.
 
Just keep in mind that spike is my favorite character in the entire show and I love every single one of his episodes.
 
And I can’t stand those stupid spike haters hating spike for no reason at all.

I never said I ship it I just want spike to be with someone of his age and no I will never ship fluttercord ever it is the worst ship ever. Simple as that.
 
And like I said even diamond tiara and silver spoon would be better girlfriends because at least even when the were bullies they were pretty harmless besides diamond tiara did have a good reason to be a bully. But scootaloo would still make for a better girlfriend for spike canon wise.

I have always seen the infatuation of spike towards rarity is rather physical from the first moment she was only interested in Rarity because she is beautiful.  
I also see it as the typical infatuation of a child with an older girl.  
Meanwhile Discord and Fluttershy are just good friends

But I will admit I still wish spike had a crush on some pony else who is his because there’s really nothing wrong with 2 kids being in love even in a kids show it’s perfectly fine for spike have a crush on a filly and if I were to pick one I think scootaloo is the best choice since there both orphans,spike could teach her how to fly and they would probably have way more in common.
 
Besides scootaloo knows spike is a sweet little dragon and he would never hurt her.
