A pony’s just three circles, and then a bean with a head. Everything else is complimentary :D
A roomba is a circle.
They’re pretty straightforward to draw. You just gotta pick one that has the same reasonable shape as a pony and add pony features :D

At the factory where he was assembled they accidentally used some “female” parts when building him, but his innards and cpu are “male”. Of course, since gender doesn’t mean a whole lot to a robot in the first place, they just slapped an “irregular: 15% off” sticker on him at the appliance store XD
There’s plenty of visual indications that the character is female. I’m sure the character’s actual sex is arbitrary on account of being a robot
Squish has said before that it’s a he. Funnily enough, I also thought it was a filly-bot until I saw the clarification.
And they’re right, for once.
Company makes their robot pone feminine because they think thats what people want :)
