Wrong. Blue Nile put a very strong adhesive, glue-like substance, on both the horn ring and the string binding Rarity that apparently lasts a day. She herself is also wearing a special lotion that is immune to the glue so she won’t get trapped as well.

I hope the crusaders burst in and save rarity soon. So blue Nile will get her just deserts

I don’t mean to sound like someone who’s trying to tell you what to do, I just wanted to express it…

So like, what exactly is stopping Rarity from removing the ring from her horn? If she’s given enough free range of movement to make a dress, and even if it would result in getting pricked once, she’d be able to remove the ring and use her magic again. Right?

It’s either that or she’s attempting to make some sort of point that Rarity isn’t as great a dress maker as others think, but if that’s the case then she isn’t giving Rarity enough credit and it’s going to blow up in her face.

Now I seem to understand what Blue’s evil scheme is. She wants to win a dress reward, and she needs somepony like Rarity to do the job for her. Rarity is a GREAT dress maker.

On the one hand, that device is far more horrifying than I even imagined it being when we got here. On the other hand, Rarity has a really sexy butt. I don’t know how light is glistening off her fur, and I don’t care. XD
