Thing is, comments follow the rating of the image itself, not what the artist drew in the past. It’s a concept that I swear too many people ignore if the artist does NSFW.

They are not in fact simply mass-nuking any and all NSFW blogs, they’re just applying a really dumb metric to automate the spambot removal process that’s catching a lot of ~innocent victims, while at the same time cracking down hard on edge cases like garam and Sugarless that they’d previously ignored.
Incorrect. tumblr is just mass banning all NSFW profiles because of porn spambots and instead of doing their job, just find nuking all NSFW profiles is easier.

This sounds like it might be a little meta, and perhaps a little too much of an “adult” a conversation for a safe image discussion thread. Please make a thread to talk about it in the forums if it’s something that you would like to continue discussing.
His blog had illustrations of underage humans having sex, and after getting ganked from the Apple Store for having so much child porn, Tumblr is apparently no longer looking the other way over the legal distinction between illustration and photography.

I often forget that males exist as well. Not just in the show, either.
