Anyway, I always thought that Algodoncete had pretty colors, so with inspiration from my past self and using this interpretation for my design basis as it’s pretty cloudy looking. Also Lightning Bolt is my fave BG pony and my namesake here, so it was only fitting that I put these two together. Also since Algodoncete is Spanish, I made her, well, Spanish, and if my horrible translations don’t make sense, I’ve headcanoned her as Lightning Bolt’s foreign aunt, since she has unicorns in her family anyway, why not earth ponies too?

I just wanted to be ‘different’ with my choice and not do the same old as everyone and wanted to pick an obscure pony, but instead of trying to be a hipster, it fell into my hands, which is all the better.

I love white ponies with lute blue hair, blue eyes, and cloud related butt tattoos. P:
