I interpreted the internet slang around the word “based” to mean a solid,Reliable concept that is able enough to do what It needs to do. I Presumed “hardworking and capable” people was too long. Mexico as you said has it problems,big one even but they haven’t let that compromise their way of life and if only the U.S. could try to support those instead of threatening to build a useless wall,a more stable and productive relationship could form that would benefit both countries in the long run and more secure both from negative elements plaguing both like drug violence, and regressive leftism.

we do love many of their products, we love the tourists, I personally admire the whole things they have created  
and we do hate them because… the main mexican believes that all their problems are because someone else, the goverment, the USA, you name it…
 
Yeah, we don’t like when someone says: I hate mexican people… BUT we are not crybabies and sure we don’t cry out “this is racism!!!” for everything… we do have more and big problems to think about

I really wish we could have gotten to know more about these Talicon ponies,their very existance,a tribe of ponies living apperantly far from civilized lands worshiping or obeying The big blue guy for some reason. The hench ponies for Daring’s rival are easily explained(if open to fan characterization) as your typical thug henchponies but an entire tribe of ponies seperate from Equestria and apperantly against Celestia herself…how do you just throw that out there in the show and never do anything with it be sides a single fight scene.

If only the bows were crimson so I can make an SnK reference.
