Pinkie Pie features her fall formal outfit, recolored, with a miniature recolored Rainbow Rocks Trixie hat.
Rarity features her Neon Rainbow Rocks dress, recolored.
Rainbow Dash features a recolored Sunset Shimmer School Spirit top with a recolored Trixie skirt.
Twilight features a recolored version of her School Spirit top and Sporty Style skirt, with a Trixie hat.
Fluttershy features her original top, repainted, with a recolor of her Neon Rainbow Rocks skirt.

This magazine was published in 2016, so I wouldn’t get my hopes up for a holloween special.
Also these dresses are very obviously recolors of past ones.
