I don’t know about you, but a person yelling at me to not get myself killed doesn’t sound as traumatising as having my idol strap me to a rocket, ignore any protests that it might be dangerous and then launch me into the sky with no regard for my personal safety.
 
Question: if it had been Lightning Dust who yelled at Scootaloo in this scene, would you still demonise her for it or would it suddenly be ‘okay’ because it’s ‘sweet and innocent’ Dusty and not the ‘evil’ Spitfire who did it?
