It was taken down as another user posted it before I had the chance (which usually I don’t mind but they compressed it in a odd way that costed a lot of the image quality) back then it had more upvotes the first time it was posted so I suppose due to that mix-up I lost the ‘first impressions’ response :P Overall I don’t often get much traffic from safe work on Derpi unless it has Twilight or Sunset and even then it depends on the image, most of my traffic off DA comes from Reddit, Equestria Daily and other collections of places. The Reddit love on this image was the biggest surprise as it was barely staggering when I left it before bed and then woke up to see it had 295 upvotes and 2.5k views so quickly XD

But WHY?
 
This thing is GORGEOUS. You literally drew this before i had the chance (i wanted to do something similar but with Applejack) and i cant find a SINGLE flaw on this drawing.
 
Then i look to the number of upvotes and I yell to myself “WHAT IN THE FyaayCK?” This DESERVES more love.

Well as the forums have said SFW art is always at a disadvantage especially one that doesn’t feature characters from G4 since people don’t really come here for SFW G1 art :P On reddit & other sites however that are more catered to SFW content it’s been a surprise hit, currently the most popular new release on MLP’s main reddit site with 295 upvotes, Eequestria Daily approval & even the DA response has surprised me, didn’t think people liked G1, as I did this purely for myself but the feedback & G1 love has blown me away and made me very happy! :3
