Hey, I never noticed that the first time.
So this means that either the person who wrote this episode never saw the S4 finale, or that pegasi don’t need magic to fly after all.
A beautiful moment in all modern animation.
In S4 finale we saw Tirek draining all the pegasus magic, resulting in those pegasi falling to the ground. Perhaps that means pegasi need magic to be able to fly.
In this scene, however, almost all the magic have been drained and only the magic in the artifacts would be available at this moment. Yet somehow RD is still able to fly and crash…
