She’s biologically male but mentally a lot more female. I guess that makes her a feminine male or even genderfluid.
As someone who wants to be a lot like Azure/Sapphire IRL, if not live female full-time, I don’t think we should care what’s between their legs but what gender they feel more comfortable as. It makes a huge difference in their mental state.
