That wasn’t even a link and it’s not even a leak.
At this moment I think there might have been just a misunderstanding, not warranting creating the forum thread. I thought you were treating those three episodes differently, but if you indeed would remove any episode link (not counting the official stores, etc, of course), then it’s all fine by me.
If you want to debate the site’s rules, please feel free to create a new thread for that in the site and policy forum. I’m just replying to the individuals in this thread asking for links.

If you’re talking about Webm’s, only if they have no more than a few seconds of audio. A full episode, as has been asked for in this thread, would be deleted as soon as it was reported or noticed by anyone on staff.
Because they have rights to do so.

But you allow rips from Discovery Family/iTunes and that’s the same thing as here so I don’t see the point.
Links to normal uploaded episodes are also illegal content. Should we not link to those either? There is practically nothing that separates those two. Both were meant to be region-specific and both require making some sort payment.
If you are saying “don’t link to any episodes” then that’s fine. But only forbidding those three is simply unfair.
Whatever you want to call it, please don’t post links to illegal content here, and please don’t encourage others to do so, either.

By that logic, anything that was recorded from TV and uploaded to YouTube, DailyMotion or wherever is also a leak. Don’t confuse leaks with regular piracy.
If they’ve been ripped and uploaded to YouTube, they’re not official releases.
