Description

Season 8 introduces 6 young creatures at Twilight’s School of Friendship. I went ahead and drew them as human beans. From left to right they are: Smolder (Dragon), Gallus (Griffon), Yona (Yak), Silverstream (Hippogriff/Seapony), Sandbar (Pony), and Ocellus (Changeling).

To be honest, I still think making Hippogriffs, and sea ponies the same basic species kinda weird, I would’ve prefered them as two separate unique species. I guess they did it so seaponies could walk on land.

It makes sense to me. She’s probably going back and forth between land and water all the time, so just going barefoot is easier than worrying about wet feet and shoes. It fits her bubbly personality too.
