Part three of Fallout 40K: Puppysmiles!
Discovered during the unification wars towards north-eastern Equestria, Puppy was brought to the Empress by the XIV, intrigued by this seemingly innocent filly the Empress turned her into the Primarch of the 14th. Before she could be exposed to the right combination of IMP and Mutagenic Megaspells to turn into a Primarch, the Empress would first need to surgically remove the hazard suit the filly was found bound too, then using healing magic she stabilized her physical form, at last giving Puppy back her original body, although her new form found the atmosphere toxic, requiring an atmosphere of Life-Eater Virus instead of oxygen to survive. For the first hundred years of the Great Crusade Puppy trained under the Empress before being let loose upon the alien threats facing the newly formed Celestial Imperium. A hundred years of training and a thousand years of war had left it’s mark on her psyche, by the time of the Black Heresy, little remained of the cheerful and innocent filly, instead it was replaced by a grim determination and loyalty… And when that faded, only chaos remained.

I’ve not read Heroes or Murky so they won’t appear, but all of the main characters from the original, project horizons, and pink-eyes are here (minus creatures that aren’t ponies) as well as 1 secondary character from both fics, and 1 villain from both fics. In this picture Puppysmiles is supposed to be Mortarion
Basicaly, the story I’ve managed to come up with is this: Celestia is a Perpetual, someone who can survive nearly any injury and even resurect themselves from the dead, she comes back to life in Fallout Equestria and gathers up the Steel Rangers, using magic to geneticaly alter the Steel Rangers and turn them into super-soldiers. Using these 20 (-2) legions of Steel Warriors (renamed so as to not confse the geneticaly-altered rangers with the normal ponies) she reconquers the world, then she gathers the various characeters from FO:E and using megaspells and IMP turns them into the Primarchs so she can use them to reconquer the galaxy for ponykind… Although things don’t go as planned near the end.
I recomend you to look up some Warhammer 40K lore, it’s an amazing game with plenty of amazing stories too.
