Honestly, when the episode came out I was hoping he would stay big and be out of the picture for the rest of the series. Is there a fanfic out there where that happens and he doesn’t magically shrink back into tiny Spike when he remembers the generosity he had toward rarity?

Thus, the built-up of greed could’ve triggered an immediate massive spike in his growth hormones; it’s like that with humans, but only WAY WAY more epic!Since greed is powered by dopamine, which activates the reward system, this would have explain how his greediness grew to such expontential rates, which may had provided positive feedback to his male overdirve
