Snips and Snails were clearly her bottom tier, with Snails barely ahead of Snips thanks to buckball; Chipcutter barely an acquaintance; Pipsqueak being, well, himself; Rumble has looks and that tsundere phase at camp he got past the tsun part of; Button…it’s the most tagged Sweetie ship here for a reason…right?

I think this could lined up from lowest to highest on who she most likely hopes is her secret admirer. Snips and button=meh, snails and rumble: slightly better, pipsqueak and chipcutter= top sugar bae material.

If we’re really getting technical, we don’t even know that the CMC are all the same age. We only have what is implied by the show…
 
Spike was hatched by Twilight’s magic surge which was in turn influences by the Sonic Rainboom.
 
Applejack saw the same Rainboom when she got her cutie mark in Manehattan.
 
It is implied that AJ’s parents were already dead when she left for Manehattan, therefore Apple Bloom must have been alive… assuming Pear Butter is Bloom’s biological mother.
 
By extrapolation, the CMC are all likely older than Spike, at least a little bit.
 
It appears that it takes more than just a cutie mark to be considered adults in pony society, otherwise Diamond Tiara would have been treated like an adult from her first appearance. It has been likened to more of a sign of puberty, and like Spike’s recent molt, it is more of a symbol that the character is growing up, not that they are finished doing so. There are more implications that Smolder is considered a youth instead of an adult as well, and she has “seen her fair share of molts” and the impression is certainly given that she is a bit older than Spike. Heck, there has not been a dragon featured yet who has been younger than Spike, other than younger versions of Spike himself.
 
So… yeah. Whatever this all means in the grand scheme of things.

You’re entitled to your personal opinion and interpretation, if you want to view Spike that way, but I personally don’t feel he comes off as older or more mature than any of the cmc, in how they all behave and think, and that the way so much of the fandom has this firm idea that the trio is eternally under 10, when Gabby’s considered a good bit older when she is mentally more childish than they are, isn’t nice to them. Either way, it’s a good thing that he wasn’t considered here. Trying to ship any of these characters at all in a canon way isn’t good, but I feel the same way about the adult characters as well, so.

The top middle are likely there as colts who’ve been helped greatly by the CMC. On the left are colts whose standing is more ambiguous, Rumble because their most recent experience had heated argument but ended on a good note, while Button is a wild card due to likely being barely an acquaintance. Snips and Snails are the “please..no” category, and I personally think they’re more into mares than fillies anyway.
