I know.. I wish it was bigger… but in the episode she was pretty in the background and didn’t take up much screen area… I did what I could
 
The program I used auto applied some sharpening… you can disable that but I left it enabled… I also did the highest quality setting… which raises the file size but improves the colors
 
Without sharpening it was really blurry

Probably could have reduced the dithering which makes it look noisy and increases the file size… but… eh.. I don’t think the program I used allowed altering the dithering
