I must worded that poorly. I meant the radical appearance change on S6 finale were unnecessary other than making little kids know they’re good now. You can be/gone good without changing the appearance, something people should know (already) IRL.
Also imho Thorax wasn’t exactly “redeemed” though. More like he’s know the Changelings gone bad under Chrysalis already but cant do much anything back then. He’s good in the first place, just really unfortunate that he’s stuck under oppression.
Thorax was redeemed a long time before he changed.
The fact that the Changelings cant be redeemed without changing the look piss me off.
It’s sends wrong message in that of you want to be good you should conform on the appearance as well, not just attitudes.
Yeah, let her rot in Tartarus with Lord Tirek or be turned into a chew toy for Cerberus.

She is incredible hateful and vindictive in that episode (even for her standarts). I don´t think she has any interest in redemption no matter how many chances she is offered.||

I like the Changedlings.
But I don´t think Chrysalis will ever be one of them.
I kinda agree tbh. As much as I love and adore her character, I’d much rather she be anything but redeemed. I don’t want her turning into one of those damned Changedlings.
However, honestly, after everything she’s put the Mane Six and Royal Family through, I don’t think Chrysalis would be worth trying to save and redeem, even if there is the slightest shred of hope for her as Starlight saw it.
She’d be better off stripped of her magic and incarcerated in Tartarus for everyone’s sake.

She already swore revenge against her back in To Where and Back Again. She just wanted to reinforce it was Starlight who’s life she was going to make a living hell when she enacts her next scheme against her.
She swears revenge against poor Glimmy. We will see what she plans.
Yeah, and she apparently learns from it with what she mutters afterwards once the Tree of Harmony has dealt with the corrupt versions of the Mane Six.

Seeing Celestia stuck in a cocoon was bad enough, but seeing it multiplied ten-fold with Celestia stuck in one alongside Luna, Cadance, the Mane Six, Spike, and Shining Armor, makes me want to vomit.
