Well… I mean, one of the early episodes of the show accidentally/secretly implied alcoholic cider being a major favorite in Ponyville. Cuz alcoholic cider has bubbles.
 
If featured more often, Pony Rick would probably have a metal flask with an apple symbol on it in his jacket.
