I guess you are right.
I was talking about the other green one, since my previous comment was about that part of the collage so my mind was still on that.
I’m not really sure, but I think they meant the green dragon from “Owl’s Well”.
In all likelihood it’s a generic dragon that they made reusing assets with slight changes in detail to suggest it was a different dragon than the ones we’ve already seen. It’s the most cost-effective and time-saving thing to do since who the other dragon was didn’t seem to be relevant to the plot, or at least not yet.
Since this dragon and Torch were responding to a technical invasion, it could have been anyone.
