The given the detail of the Fluttercord pillows, I’d take those as an example of sewing.
Some have said she knitted tiny sweaters for the breezies (though at breezies size the line between both skills is pretty blurred).
I can’t really recall if she is shown making the clothes or stating that she made them.
Considering how much miniaturized stuff she uses on animals, I would be more inclined to believe she buys such items.
Never was it stated that she could knit. And as for her fashion sense:

I really liked the return of the caotic umpredictable Fluttershy, but this episode has some terrible “out of character” for her in terms of kniting and fashion.
Not really. The design Rarity made from her input was probably the worst of the lot.
She had sewing knowledge that helped the five save Rarity’s show, but as others have pointed out sewing!=knitting.
Went back and watched; you’re right, it’s knitting.
To be fair, this was knitting, wasn’t it?
Some details are, obviously, doomed to be lost in years of production piling up.
