We already got a character with Aspberger’s in the main show. We even had a whole episode just about her inability to make social connections with the mane 6 because she was so “weird”, and so completely obsessed with a single thing. She even has unusual clothing habits (for Equestria) and extreme difficulty in expressing herself.
