Sickness is spreading through the city like wildfire and it seems like no one has been spared. The authorities try to maintain order while an enforced quarantine descends on the inhabitants. Medical specialists work tirelessly to figure out what the plague is and how it was spread, but it quickly becomes apparent that this is no ordinary illness. An engineered toxin, potent and deadly, has been released at Crystal Heart Water Works, spreading through the water supply to every home in the city. It’s up to the Power Ponies to stop whoever is responsible, and hopefully, find a cure before its too late…  
But the heroes get more than they bargained for when a new villain emerges, one with a sting so venomous, it can bring down even the mighty Power Ponies.
