It updated exactly once since 2013, anyone who’s been on FimFic for any appreciable amount of time could tell these were just death throes. Revivals only happen when an author is otherwise active (Estee), DustTraveller has exactly one story up and the chance of it ever getting finished is low enough to be safely considered zero. It’s about as dead as Apoptosis or the dozens of other victims of 2013-14.
