Yeah it’s a really awesome design choice on their part. They might actually have the exact same colors as each other but honestly I don’t actually know what their proper colors are and just picked from really clear screen shots :P
 
And don’t worry about it. I figure they’d be like big sleeping dogs where you try to move and they just roll to keep on top of you XD

Can’t believe I haven’t noticed until now that their coat and mane colors are almost purely just rotations of each other. :D
