I kinda have a soft spot for the idea of interspecies couples. So I just had the idea with a diamond dog-pony one, but of course, knowing myself, I ended up making them into actual characters.

So meet Ruth, the big teddy bear like diamond dog and Snow Flower, the strick captain of a guard unit bat pony. Snow Flower is from the same region of Equestria Mistmane is from and Ruth really wants to learn the customs to make his ‘Snowpea’ happy~
