Scoot’s house (if she has one) I think they’re hold back for Sleepless in Ponyville.
 
As for the size, I think we can safely assume Rarity moved out as soon as she bought Carousel Boutique which I’m assuming happened five-ish years ago? (don’t quote me on that.) The house doesn’t look too small to fit four ponies.

I think it was nice to see where Sweetie Bell is living. But it is a pretty small house, compared to the other buildings we have seen so far.  
But I still wonder, why couldn’t they show Scootaloos home instead? Would have been a good opportunity to show her parents or something…
