They’d probably let wings and horns out because ponies can’t function without them. I’d like to imagine that the rule isn’t super strict. Besides, even in REAL WORLD the rule of hijab isn’t practically strict, as usually nobody (unless they’re the ‘holier than thou’ kind) would go out of their way to hassle women who shows bits of hair, arms, or legs.
