I just regained a bit of confidence, and maybe I will do more mud edits, but NOT in the style of this picture, because the other ones a.) Are better received (three even have more upvotes than downvotes, most notably the Rarity one), and b.) Take less time to do.

Then they probably wouldn’t want to see any episodes where pony Rarity is covered in mud either. Unless you’re referring to not making it look realistic enough.

This may have taken a long time, but it turned out well, considering it’s a picture of mud. There’s also Principal Celestia and Luna, Cadence, Trixie, and maybe Gloriosa and Glimmer, to go if you ever want to do a part 2 and finish out the main character list.

You know what I do when I see stuff I don’t like? I filter it and move on with my life.

Your plea for sanity is sensible, logical. MLP and Derpiborru are not strip clubs. But just as it’s a matter of taking things in the opposite direction of “make the dresses prettier, girlier”, it’s also a matter of- through edits as well as drawn pictures- a rational parking limit of the extreme of what can be done to the characters. This is nice, we don’t need the Nurgle Chaos Demon transformation, we’ll stop here and enjoy the strangely stressed beauty of the girls bringing the outdoors indoors.

But seriously, Mud edits, and AGAIN not to offend people who have a weird Mud fetish, but all of us on the site I’m pretty sure (not all but almost all if not most) are finding about now how cringeworthy mud edits are
 

 
I’m not saying this just because I have a disliking towards weird fetishes Trust me, I have a weird fetish in female possession. Mostly having to do with a parasite being crawled down her throat, crawling into her nipples, etc etc and so on
 
So in short, if your gonna post something that’s like this. At LEAST improve your editing or personally try looking up ways to make it seem, er, Realistic should I say?
