Starswirl confirmed pervy old man
It looks like Starswirl’s pulling Meadowbrook’s top up, actually.
but either Starswirl is holding aloft a very thin horizontal line in his right hand,
or that is a really distracting mistake (I see no stylistic reason for it).
It’s on the original source too.
