Honestly couldn’t say. I know more about the G3 character from her backcard. Others have suggested she’s more of a spiritual predecessor to G4’s Pinkie Pie, based on that info.
This pony’s cutie mark is kinda all over the place in the animations and only a bit like toy Gem Blossom’s, so it might not be her.
