Cities are something Applejack doesn’t like. Rainbow Dash on the other hand would love to live in New York. With the way Rainbow Dash is she would probably live in Yonkers.

It’s a nice monument, but I’m not sure about the whole “running water with no nearby toilets” thing. Maybe it was just because parts of it were still under construction.

Also, the water freezes if the heaters break and they have to send guys down into the pool to break it up.
