Seriously?! Twilight would never betray Novo’s trust because she thought she’s doing the best she can to save Equestria from the Storm King’s wrath. And it seems possible that Queen Novo is a “red herring” to her daughter Skystar, Capper, Captain Celaeno and her pirate crew and herself. That’s because Capper’s home of Abyssinia was conquered by the Storm King and Capper and Chummer escape to Klugetown in the Bone Dry Desert, Captain Celaeno and her crew were enslaved by the Storm King as cargo haulers and the Storm King and his army destroy the kingdom of the Hippogriffs while trying to steal the Queen’s pearl and the populace escape to the underwater kingdom of Seaquestria.
Uh, she did, but they obviously cleared the air and reconciled after the Storm King’s defeat. Y’all know that time is linear, right?
Well, Twilight and Novo did not have a fallout and it would have been awkward if the movie would have also had another argument scene between Novo and Skystar in a “Calling the Old Man/Woman Out” similarity to Ariel and King Triton in “The Little Mermaid”, Simba and Kiara in “The Lion King II: Simba’s Pride”, Manny and Peaches in “Ice Age: Continental Drift”, Merida and Queen Elinor in “Brave”, Miguel and Abuelita and/or Selena Quintanilla and her father Abraham in “Selena” after she falsely banished the Mane Six and Spike out of Seaquestria.
Yeah. But Twilight didn’t betrayed Novo’s trust because she was just trying to help. Also, the Mane Six, Spike and Skystar alongside Capper and the shy pirate parrots wouldn’t save Equestria from the wrath of the Storm King for Queen Novo.
She’s had a little time to chill and consider what Twilight actually did for them. And I hardly blame her for being a little cranky at the end of the movie.
They’re transpecies now.
Stop being bigoted you cis-speciesist.
And your claws and your bendy legs.
@Poison Trail
I appreciate the continuity nod.
Edited
Nobody.
The maid’s just been slacking off.
Pony version of Hagrid?
Oh, okay then, in that case then, I take back all the nasty things I ever said about Novo
She might even appear in season 8, if they have future plans for the new characters
Next panel has Novo thanking Twilight for freeing her race from SK. So basically no hard feelings.
Haven’t really watched the movie, I just read the script of it, and I don’t blame Twilight for what happened
As a leader who puts her people first, she probably figured she might’ve done the same in Twilight’s place.
Taking the prequel book into account, Novo is willing to break her own rules if it means giving Skystar a friend.
Once again Pinkie saves the day and Twilight gets credit.
Well, she still did get saved by them after she threw them out.
@Poison Trail
This is a story about griffons primarily, though I don’t know how considering that they don’t have an organized ruler anymore.
