see now what people here don’t realize is that this is actually a time-travelling artist’s interpretation of a screenshot from MLP:FiM Season 38 Episode 20: “Wedding Belles”

it was mistakenly posted on derpibooru in late 2017 as a result of some spacetime continuity leakage, hence the bluriness
