Notoriously Divine Tagger - Consistently uploads images above and beyond the minimum tag requirements. And/or additionally, bringing over the original description from the source if the image has one. Does NOT apply to the uploader adding several to a dozen tags after originally uploading with minimum to bare tagging.

can confirm this is in the leaked files, i have access to them and this half-finished starlight is indeed in the files. its in the turnaround for wet mane starlight, which was never finished as starlight with her wet hair was only used in one scene so they only needed one angle

Huh. I wonder why the Rainbow Dash puppet was the one that the animators edited to make Starlight’s. You can see the RD eyes and a part of her mane in this image.
