Dash WAS extremely popular in the early days, so she got a big lead on a lot of other characters. Nowadays her content output is around Fluttershy and Rarity’s. Of Course she’s still pretty popular pretty much every main character has a pretty large fanbase now, the gap in popularity between them is just smaller in general.

And yeah, for some reason opposites do seem to work… like Flutterdash is one of my fav ships… idk why, because they are like… totally different

Eh, idk… shes still pretty popular… and you really can’t just go by how many images there are of them

Also to note, SunLight overtook TwiDash and frankly pretty much every Mane 6 X Mane 6 ship as well quite a while ago the amount of content it gets is crazy.

Dash hasn’t been the most popular characters in years, in fact she has a hard time beating Fluttershy and Rarity these days on most sites. Twilight and Pinkie are easily more popular.
 
As for TwiDash Basically it’s popular for the same reason Rarijack and FlutterDash are, it’s got that opposites attract appeal and because one of the popular early Mane 6 ship fics was TwiDash. It is undeniable that within the show the relationship has a lot less going for it than the other big opposites attract ships since Twilight and Dash’s shared screen time was really quite limited till S4.

I still don’t understand why Twidash is so popular
 
Probably because Twilight is the main character and Dash is the most popular
 
Still, I like Flutterdash or Appledash a lot better… but, just my opinion :P

This ship will overtake Sunlight and maybe Twidash…probably not its been around sense season 1.

We need more adorable images of this new Waifu. The internet demands it!
